Sr. Healthcare Recruiter
Wayward Medical is hiring a full-time Sr. Recruiter to source, place, and support travel healthcare providers. The demand for travel healthcare opportunities exceeds our supply of quality candidates. You will have access to thousands of open assignments and will be generously rewarded for making quality placements.
This is a remote position; you can work from anywhere as long as you produce.
Job Responsibilities
- Proactively source and cultivate qualified healthcare candidates through various channels, including our database, referrals, job boards, social media, and more.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with candidates, gaining a deep understanding of their personal and professional goals.
- Identify and present available assignment opportunities that align with candidate needs.
- Facilitate submission and compliance processes for placements.
- Collaborate with candidates, clients, and Wayward’s corporate team to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed expectations.
- Achieve and consistently surpass performance goals.
- Contribute positively to our corporate culture, fostering a productive and enjoyable work environment.
Skills And Requirements
- 3 years minimum experience in Travel Nursing recruitment
- Strong sense of discipline and responsibility to achieve results in a remote work environment.
- Outgoing and personable with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Skilled in candidate sourcing, relationship-building, and establishing rapport.
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to ask insightful questions to understand candidate and client needs.
- Motivated, trustworthy, and persuasive, focusing on solutions rather than sales tactics.
- Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple urgent tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.

Commission
