Wayward is excited to announce that as of January 1st, 2023 we offer Clinical Liaison services from a licensed RN who will be available to support you during assignments. Our Clinical Liaison brings extensive experience and a commitment to ensuring our nursing team feels supported and confident while providing the highest level of care at our client facilities.
Role of the Clinical Liaison:
- Support and Guidance: Provide clinical advice and support to address any questions or concerns you may encounter during your assignments.
- Resource Coordination: Assist in coordinating resources and connecting you with the appropriate departments or personnel to resolve clinical issues.
- Professional Support: Offer a listening ear and moral support for clinical issues, recognizing the emotional demands of our profession.
- Problem Resolution: Work with you to address and resolve any conflicts or challenges that arise as they relate to clinical concerns, ensuring a positive work environment.
What our Clinical Liaison Will Not Do:
- Direct Patient Care: The liaison will not provide hands-on patient care or perform clinical tasks that are part of your responsibilities.
- Override Clinical Decisions: The liaison will not override clinical decisions made by on-site medical staff or interfere with your professional judgment.
- Administrative Duties: The liaison will not handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, or staffing assignments.
- Personal Matters: The liaison will not manage personal issues unrelated to your professional role.
